Skydreams Festival will delight Sydney at Hermann’s Bar on Saturday September 8th with a stellar line-up featuring Darren Cross (Gerling, E.L.F.), Regular John, The Holy Soul, Dead China Doll, Whipped Cream Chargers, East River, Fox, Reckless Vagina, Quaoub, Broken Chip, Jules Ferrari w/ Ash Morgan and Sarah Baiada, Through The Forest Door (Luke O’Farrell) and B. Deep, with Ombudsman, Jasper Clifford-Smith and surprise artists djing some great classic hits.
We also have attractions like an adult-grade jumping castle! Sophie’s Sartorial Sexplosion: Vintage Clothing for Sexy Idiots! Also clothing from Kalindy Millions and Dear Pluto! Record stands, crystals, candles and tarot!
The inimitable Joel Burrows will be providing live visuals, projections and other surprises for the later stages of the evening … leading to the 808 DJs (B. Deep and J-Cliff).
The Ben and Nick Radio Show will be appearing live to open the festival. Fulfilling their dreams and aspirations to host a program that trancends the bounds of local music, with Daniel Corboy guesting as roving reporter!
Come on down and celebrate the arrival of Spring with some of the brightest people in town at one of the most positive events of 2012. We’ll enjoy an afternoon of music and jumping castle-frivolities before moving into a serious evening of bands and djs running through until late.
